Graphs as Statistical Objects

When we start interacting with 'the world,' we start to view mathematics through a statistical lens. In this talk, I'll discuss in broad terms what graph theory looks like in the context of data science and production systems, and a some areas (graphons, delay tolerant networks) where researchers are grappling with graphs as sampled rather than fixed objects.
