T. Khan

Research Interest: My current research is in the area of inverse problems for infinite dimensional or distributed parameter systems i.e. partial differential equations (PDEs) arising in interdisciplinary and industrial setting, with particular emphasis on computational aspect of parameter estimation. I am also pursuing several other avenues of interdisciplinary research ranging from modeling electro-osmosis in geophysics for oil recovery to fingerprinting of natural organic matter (NOM) for remote sensing to modeling neurons in biological cells.
