Los Alamos National Laboratory
I am fortunate to maintain a collaboration with Dr. Alan Perelson and
the Center for Non-linear studies at Los Alamos National
Laboratory. We focus on the application of mathematical models to study
the dynamics of the immune system. One major area of interest is the study
of HIV pathogenesis. This summer we will also be working on delay
differential equation models and their application to theoretical immunology.
