UNCERTAIN REAL PARAMETERS WITH BOUNDED RATE OF VARIATION

Abstract

This paper treats stability robustness for systems with uncertain time-varying parameters, exploiting ``bandwidth constraints'' on the parameters. This closes the gap between -analysis for time-invariant uncertainty and circle criteria for time-varying uncertainty.
