letter of nomination from his/her department chair to be sent to IMA (email to

A student from a US institution that is not an IMA Participating Institution should select "Other" as the institution and provide two letters via e-mail to

One letter is from the student describing his/her background and reasons for wanting to attend. The other is a letter of nomination from the student's major professor, director of graduate studies, or department chair.
There are currently no funds for students at institutions outside the United States.
