Georgia Tech BUZZ CARD Information:
THIS CARD IS NECESSARY FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION AT THE GEORGIA
INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY. The Buzz Card will allow you to
gain access to buildings on campus, libraries, computers etc.
-The may also be used to access laundry facilities. Before using
the card for your laundry needs, you will have to access http://www.buzzcard.gatech.edu and add
money to the card with a credit card. Or you may also, visit
the Buzz Card office by the bookstore at the Georgia Tech campus.
HOUSING:
THE
NEW HOUSING LOCATION is the Fourth Street Apartments (E&F) located
at 733 Techwood Drive, NW
DIRECTIONS
FROM Hartsfield Airport to Fourth Street Apartments
Start out going North on S. Terminal Parkway toward Airport
Boulevard.
Turn slight right onto Airport Boulevard.
Airport Boulevard becomes N. Terminal Parkway.
Merge onto I-85 N toward I-75 N/ Atlanta. Take the US-19/Spring
Street exit - exit number 249D - toward W. Peachtree Street.
Take the ramp toward W. Peachtree Street.
Turn slight right onto Linden Avenue NW.
Turn left onto W. Peachtree Street, NW.
Turn left onto North Avenue.
Turn right onto Techwood Drive.
Fourth Street Apartments are on the right at the intersection
of Techwood Drive and Fourth Street.
MEALS:
Meals will be served in Brittain Hall: breakfast,
lunch, dinner; a varied menu will be served, including items
which meet the needs of vegetarians and vegans.
PARKING:
Free parking is available for all participants
in a lot behind the buildings. An R01 parking sticker participants
check in (the sticker should be placed on the dashboard). The
Conference Center will be open from 8:00am until 11:00pm on
Sunday, July 13, to greet participants and issue dorm keys.

Congratulations on being nominated to participate in the Institute
for Mathematics & its Applications (IMA) 2003 IMA PI Summer
Program for Graduate Students Combinatorics and its Applications,
July 14-August 1, 2003

We need your registration form as soon as possible in order
to secure a dorm room for you.
Please visit our web site periodically for housing information,
meal information, program schedule, lecture room location, abstracts,
reading materials and extended lecture summaries from the speakers.
We will post information as we receive it. If you have any questions,
please contact the IMA Staff at (612-624-6066 or visit@ima.umn.edu.
I expect to visit the Georgia Institute of Technology on the
first day of the program, and I look forward to meeting you.
There will be a social event each Monday in order to provide
an atmosphere where students and speakers can interact informally.
You will be made aware of the planned social events when you
arrive.
