On Friday and Saturday, November 5-6, the Institute for Mathematics and its Applications, in conjunction with the School of Mathematics and the Society for Natural Philosophy, will host a symposium on Prospects for Mathematics and Mechanics upon the 80th Birthday of Jerry Ericksen at its Minneapolis facilities. For more information on the symposium, see the symposium web page. On Saturday, November 6, there will be a banquet in honor of Professor Ericksen held at the landmark Frederick R. Weisman Art Museum. Use this form to register for the conference and/or the banquet. To be guaranteed a place at the banquet your registration and payment must be received by October 29, 2004.
