Douglas W. Nychka
National Center for Atmospheric Research | Douglas Nychka received his B.A. degree in mathematics and physics from Duke University and his Ph.D. degree in statistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
He began his involvement at the IMA in 2001 when he attended his first workshop on the Frontiers of Mathematics in Geosciences.
