IMA Program Application Form

Participation in IMA programs is by invitation. To request an invitation to an IMA workshop or other program, complete this form and press the submit button at the bottom of the form. Fields labeled in bold are required. Limited funding may be available for participant expenses. If you require funding to participate, complete the funding request section below.

Please note:

If you have already received an invitation to the program from the IMA, do not use this form. Simply send email to accepting the invitation.
This form is intended for participation in an IMA workshop or similar program. To apply for a visit of one month or more, do not use this form. Instead see the IMA memberships page for information and forms.
IMA workshops are generally directed towards scientists possessing a doctoral degree and actively involved in the topic of the workshop.
Online application is available until about one week before the start of a workshop. If the workshop you wish to apply for occurs within one week and is not listed here, it is no longer possible to apply online and there is no funding remaining for participation. However it is usually possible to register onsite at the workshop.
There is no registration fee for IMA programs.
Housing requests and modifications need to be made 10 business days prior to arrival date.

FUNDING REQUEST

Some limited funding may be available for participation. If you require funding to participate, indicate here and provide justification below. In addition to direct IMA funding, special accounts exist for reimbursing expenses of participants from IMA Participating Institutions and Corporations.
