The purpose of the talk is to give a matrix-free presentation of the correspondence between linear codes and projective multisets. We generalize the Hill-Brouwer-Van Eupen construction that transforms projective codes into two-weight codes. Remarkably short proofs of known theorems are obtained. A new notion of self-duality in coding theory is introduced. sets.
