We will discuss not only how individual decisions lead to
aggregates (e.g. social structures) but also how the aggregates
determine the behavior of the individuals. The feedback from
the macro scale to the micro scale occurs both with respect
to what is actually done, and, via evolution, also with respect
to the behavioral `rules.' Moreover we will discuss behavioral
rules of the aggregates as response to environmental clues which
can not be perceived at the microscale.
