Lamellipod and Ruffle Dynamics of Human Epidermal
Keratinocytes - Data Analysis, Models and Simulations

Along the case study of keratinocyte motility I intend to give an overview on some recently applied methods used for extracting speed and periodicity of lamellipodial protrusions and lamella or ruffle retractions. Also, I will derive mathematical model equations and present numerical simulations which, to a certain extend, reproduce the observed motility behavior.
