    Dear IMA residents,

I take charge of arranging postdocs to bring treats for IMA breaks, held every non-conference day on the fourth floor of Lind Hall. For long term visitors other than postdocs, your volunteers to bring treats are certainly appreciated. Please contact me if you are willing to do so.

Please note that there is a time change for IMA breaks. On Monday, we have a tea time starting from 3 to 3:30PM. For the rest of weekdays, we keep the usual schedule, namely 10:30 to 11 in the morning.

    Any idea to bring?

Check out Lisa Miller's statement, who was last year's coordinator, "The treats people seemed to like most were fruit, juice, home-baked things (breads, light cakes, etc), and bagels. Bagels are half-price at Brueggers on Wednesdays, so we often had "Bagel Wednesdays" . People didn't like having very sugary things a lot (occasionally is okay). Hot chocolate during the winter was also very popular."

Other suggested items in the past are fruit (preferably pre-cut), granola/breakfast bars, cheese & crackers, muffins, breads (especially with nuts and/or fruit) with small portions, bagels, pita & hummus, veggie sticks + dips, jam etc. VARIETY IS ENCOURAGED!

If you want to know where to buy things, Judy is the excellent person you might speak to.

    Any feedback is welcome!

    Condition:
